Operating within a business area full of Cowboys, scammers and wannabees

f5865812b190032e 640 crook 259x300 Operating within a business area full of Cowboys, scammers and wannabeesThe clients have all the right to be skeptical about Internet marketing and SEO’s companies, because we are operating within a business area that is full of Cowboys, scammers, and wannabees.

I always ask my self what differs our company from our competitors? It’s not our billing prices, or services or even our experiences in the internet marketing field. It is actually the transparency, the ethical business practices and we don’t pretend that we know everything, all this lead to the trust that builds over time and it is surely a two way road.

I can tell you many things and name you tricks, techniques, tactics and strategies about the Internet Marketing and you are really going to be impressed from what kind of knowledge I have in this field. But does this makes me a “SEO Expert” and makes others in the field “donkeys”!? Does it really mean that I’m SEO expert just because I said so, or I have the knowledge of some terms in the field, that I heard and read from here and there? Does it make me an expert just to provide SEO theories, that impresses those who don’t have the knowledge, and people just shake their heads like stupid and not dare asking me to prove it or to give a realistic example!

Almost everything of what you read about SEO and SEO techniques are not based on research or reality, but it is based on theories by the so called “experts” that have picked it up from other “experts”. They don’t actually check if their claims are true or not., Why? because they are just spreading theories.

One of the important thing I’ve learned in this business, is to never confirm that something really works in the internet marketing field, unless I tested it first, and check whether it works or not. Then I see whether the result will remain just a theory or it will become realistic and a real example that can match with the reality and not the theories.

The Cowboys, scammers, and wannabees who operate in the SEO business, are no difference than the so called “experts”. In my opinion, all of them are just spreading stupidity and ignorance. They are selling you nothing but fish in the sea water. So, you end up by not being able to decide between hehe or haha, so you just say heha!

If you are skeptical about SEO companies, there are many ways to find out whether what they claim works or not. For instance, pick a website that is no importance to you. Ask them to work on it and prove their claims. If the site goes to hell, then no harm done. If the site goes to heaven, everybody is happy.

Again you have the right to be skeptical, especially towards those Cowboys and wannabees who give you fake references and especially those who get you fast results. Fast results in SEO, means that your site might get banned from the search results. can you afford that?

My advice to you, just to be sure that you will choose the right SEO specialists, ask them to prove whatever they are claiming and there are many ways to do so. Don’t believe whatever comes out from their mouth, unless they come up with a realistic example and not just this “theory” of the so called “experts”.

Why Google analytics sucks?

I had a conversation with a possible client recently about Google analytics, and when I suggested to him to use statcounter instead of Google analytics, he asked me to explain further.

So, I explained to him that we don’t use Google Analytics. Instead, we use Statcounter because it gives us usable and actionable data. Google Analytics is a confusing mess as a tool. I’m sure it works well in the board meetings though!

Other than that, it is useless.

Statcounter and Google analytics show the same numbers of visitors in a given time period, beside other options that enables you to gather data of the traffic on your site. You trust both of them regarding the numbers of visitors in a given time period.

Google analytics presents the data in a way that you don’t find helpful, it’s too much clicking to get to the useful data and by the time you have gotten to the useful stuff, you have completely lost your way. Google analytics used to be good until they have changed the interface into what they are currently offering.

For us as SEO company, we need to have the overview and the details at the same time, so we don’t get lost. What we are working with is complicated enough, the statistical tool shouldn’t make it worse.

Google have done it like this to present nice Graphs, but we have no interest whether the data looks nice or not, we are interested in what we learn from it.

Statcounter has much simpler and cleaner interface, so analyzing what you are seeing, is much easier.

Both tools are free to use.

How can you build a Perfect Website?

The “perfect” website does not exist.  One positive aspect of the internet is that it provides nearly instant feedback in the form of traffic flow.  Build a great website and people come.  Build a lousy website and people leave.  It’s that simple.  While “perfect” really exists in the eye of the beholder, building a great website seems to involve striking the proper balance between writing informative, engaging, and regularly-updated content and executing a great Search Engine Optimization strategy.

The first strategy to creating a great website is to start out with great content.  Write content that is unique in the industry, controversial, or otherwise compelling in some way.  Then, perform some basic SEO and distribute it via social media and virtually every other communication channel you can imagine.  If you’re really lucky, people will find your product, service, or viewpoint to be fascinating and will spread the word to everyone.  You’ll get free one-way back links, free advertising, and a very strong brand name!  Basically, the general public will be performing your SEO for you!  Many leading blogs and websites grew to popularity this way, but unfortunately, in today’s increasingly-competitive market, with thousands of new websites being added every day, this is very difficult to do.

For most people, growing a website from relative obscurity to immense popularity doesn’t happen.  However, there are some steps which can be taken to create a website that is more likely to garner significant attention in the long-term:

1)  Get the assistance of an SEO firm.  For most of us, our sites won’t be so popular that people will do our SEO for us, so hire the services of an SEO firm, and do whatever it is that fits in your budget.  SEO firms have tons of experience working with many different websites and can help you with every aspect of optimizing your site, including writing engaging content.

2)  Research.  Before you do anything, do your research!  Either hire an SEO firm to research the keywords, or do it yourself.  You don’t want to start on the wrong foot by choosing a URL with keywords no one searches for or keywords that are ultra-competitive.  Additionally, you’ll want to know the psychology of your market so you can create engaging content that persuades your target niche to buy.

3)  Design.  Make sure that your website has a professional design that functions well across most popular browsers.  Nothing turns users off more than a button that doesn’t work, or pages that say “under construction.”  Also make sure that your site has a clear and simple navigation.  Don’t make it take 4 clicks for users to contact you.

4)  Create engaging content.  Don’t copy and paste your content from another site – how is your site going to stand out if you’re doing the same thing as everyone else?  Don’t keyword-stuff your content or just throw up the first thing that comes to mind either.  Research your target market, discover its needs, and find a way to write emotionally-engaging content that solves your market’s needs.  The marketplace, not you, determines what is a great product or service.

5)  Focus on fast pages.  Make sure your pages download quickly. “WWW” stands for World Wide Web, not World Wide Wait.  You’ll want to make sure your site loads in 2 seconds at the slowest.

6)  Check your spelling and grammar.  Many, possibly most, websites have obvious spelling or grammatical errors.  Writing to stand out on the internet doesn’t require the skills of Shakespeare, but it does require the ability to write interesting and error-free content.

7)  Keep links current.  Never, under any circumstances, let any of your links point to the wrong destination or destinations that don’t exist.

8)  Be consistent and stop what doesn’t work.  For most, building a great website with many visitors is a long-term (several months to a year) goal.  Keep at it for a while, try some new things, and then refine your strategy based on what you learn.

If you keep at it long enough and learn from your mistakes, your site will do well.  While there is no “perfect” website, great ones do exist, but they are defined by the marketplace, not the creator.

Internet Services Providers & Reputation Management

respect street cred in mist Internet Services Providers & Reputation Management What is the difference between reputable and disreputable companies? And how do companies earn their reputation?

The difference between  reputable and disreputable companies is identified according to certain situations faced by clients with the staff or the representatives of a company.

The staff of any company are the first image a client sees and the first impression a client gets. If the image and the impression is good, the client will go back; if it’s the opposite to that, the client will surely never go back.

And I wonder here. Do business owners really realize how many customers they are losing daily because of their representatives giving a bad image of the company when they deal with possible clients with no efficiency at all?

Do the staff of these companies realize that their lack of efficiency in dealing with possible clients, means the loss of their jobs and salaries in the future?

How do we judge Companies’ Reputations?

We judge the reputation of  any company through our experience. If it’s a good experience, we will spread the good word, but usually good words spread and travel slowly. On the other hand, if it’s a bad experience, we will spread the bad word and bad words spread and travel fast.

Do business owners of companies and their representatives  for sales and publicity realize that the most important and most dangerous propaganda are their own employees?

Different kinds of publicity

There are many types of advertising propaganda, such as expensive advertising through television, magazines; non expensive like the Internet… etc. Does anybody out there  think about the natural free publicity which simply  “the client” is?

This natural effective publicity which “the client” is, doesn’t cost companies a penny! But it does cost them their precious reputation. Either they keep it or they lose it.

A client is a  propaganda vessel when he or she deals with a company who knows how to gain their customers by offering high quality services and ensures the recruitment and training of highly qualified staff to deal with clients.

When a client deals with such company, he or she spreads the word by informing  friends and relatives about how  satisfied he or she is with the level of services they obtained through a company who dealt with them on high efficiency base.

Even if that client won’t use the services of a certain good reputed company for one reason or another, he or she will still spread the good word about that company.

On the other side, you are also a propaganda tool if you deal with a company’s representative who is not qualified for his post, he just complicates things for you and treats you with disrespect or underestimates you or wastes your time..

And of course in a situation like that, you are not only gonna spread the bad word just to friends and family and people you know but also to people whom you don’t know. And here, bad words travel and spread so fast.

Let’s say that you go to a company and you know very well that this company provides high quality services or products. If you get  abused by the  staff , you don’t care for the good quality services and products because dealing with a client is an Art and not everyone can comply with that Art, unless they are really qualified.

TEDATA (Te Data, a subsidiary of Telecom Egypt – Ticker: ETEL.CA; TEEG.LN) Internet Services providers and the Policy of De Facto

To be more accurate about that issue, I shall give an example here of one of the biggest and first Companies in the revolution of communications field in Egypt which is called TEDATA Company, Internet Services Providers.

This Company forced me to use their services without any confirmation from my part and without any signed contract either; just because of a poor phone call I made to ask about their services.!

According to what they publish about themselves they have a vision which is to become a world-class customer-centric communications service provider enhancing people’s lives in the markets they serve.

Sounds good, doesn’t it?

And their mission is to provide cutting-edge converged communications services that exceed customers expectations and drive market growth, by bringing outstanding quality and customer service through attracting and retaining the finest talents, while fostering their business ethics and creating value to their customers, employees, shareholders and communities.

TE Data is Egypt’s largest IP based data communications carrier with a national network and a regional vision. TE Data S.A.E. was established late 2001 by Telecom Egypt (Incumbent Operator of Egypt) to act as its data communications and Internet arm.

TE Data was awarded a Class A license from Egypt’s National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA).

Such a license allows TE Data to build its own national backbone network, operate its international data gateway, co-locate its equipment at the central offices and all IP based services to end-users as well as other Service Providers.

But what TEDATA missed to mention to their dear clients is that once you make a phone call to ask about their Internet services and I mean here just to make a phone call and ask about their Internet services, they take you for granted as their own client. With no contract, no confirmation from your side not even verbally that you would like a membership or anything similar to that.

Just call to check their Internet Services and you become their own dear client.

Then all of a sudden you get a phone call of one of their representatives telling you that they can get you an Internet service for three weeks free of charge and they ask you when it is suitable for you to send their representative to collect the fees for your membership!

Isn’t that amazing and super. Just a phone call to ask about something and there you go.

But that’s not the surprising part. The part that really drives you nuts, is that they oblige you in case you do not want to get their membership, to just cancel it.

But of course they try their best in convincing you of how super and good their services  are and they insist that no other company can provide similar services to theirs and they even keep repeating to reconsider the cancellation because you don’t have that many choices but theirs.

So, you are forced to Cancel a membership and a contract which has never taken place in the first place! Furthermore, you can’t get any document which proves the cancellation or even the number of cancellation before 15 days.

And why 15 days?! Because it is the regulations and rules of their bureaucracy. Can you believe that? You wait 15 days just to get a cancellation number for a contract you have never signed?!

If you are a negative person, you are going to think that 15 days is a long period and you are forced again to get along with their membership and just accept the situation they have put you in.

During that process, you can’t get the internet services through another provider, because TEDATA has already taken it by force.

And I again wonder here, how did TEDATA manages to get that order of mine without presenting a document or a contract to the authority in charge at the main Central of Egypt Telecom to get that order functioned?!

Just a phone call and they right away get the authorization to execute the order to work on it without your permission. And if you want to cancel this order which of course you never signed any contract to become a member, you are forced to wait 15 days to get the number which will prove the termination of your non existing membership in the first place!

On the other hand, if you ask them to listen to the phone call you have had with their representative  which proves your claims, you don’t really get any specific respond from their part in that regard. Your rights are completely lost in there (they register all phone calls as they claim to guarantee the quality of their services!).

Without going any further into more details about that TEDATA issue, I think that TEDATA and some other similar companies when they started their business, they were good and they were working with high efficiency.

But when their business started to grow, they just become arrogant and they apply their services by force.

Those kinds of companies, they do forget that it is actually the client who is in fact pays their salaries.!

The Policy Of De Facto

In so many countries specially in the Arab world, so many customers lose their rights because they are so negative. They just gave up when facing complicating routines, bureaucracies and applying services by force through the DE Facto Policy.

“De Facto Policy means Exercising power or serving a function without being legally or officially established.”

When customers act negatively, they only help those companies in going further with their De Facto Policy.

If we want to stand against disreputable companies, we must act positively even if we face frustrations and no matter how long it takes to get your rights back , believe that it is you the customer who mainly help those companies on keeping or losing their businesses.

Egyptian Companies mentioned in this article:

Telecom Egypt – Ticker: ETEL.CA; TEEG.LN – www.telecomegypt.com.eg

TE Data – A fully owned subsidiary of Telecom Egypt- www.tedata.net

LINKDSL – www.linkdsl.com

We want to hear your story!

Please comment if you have similar stories, bad experiences or if you want to help us in fighting disreputable companies, act positively to get the high services qualities you deserve in all aspects.

Pay Little Money, Get More Money, Publicity And More…

Using Search Engine Optimization

Nobody out there whether they have a small or a big business really hates to make more money and profits as an outcome of their business.

The main target of having a business in the first place is to get an outcome of  it;  like of course money and keeping the good reputation.

How can you make money/more money?

First, do you agree with me that the Internet has become an essential tool for everything today?
When was the last time you looked for an address in a telephone book? when was the last time you bought a newspaper? when was the last time you went to the library to check a book? when was the last time you went to a travel agency to book a plane ticket?…etc

I consider the Internet as the Eye of the world where you can search and find everything from the needle to the missile And All you need is a PC or a Laptop and an Internet connection and there you go.

Some people think that having a Web Site on the Internet is enough to be Online. If you are one of those people, let me tell you that you are totally mistaken.

Having a Web Site on the Internet with no visitors, means you are invisible out there. It’s like building a palace in the middle of the desert, no body sees it or hear about it, except you of course and maybe your parents, neighbors and friends.

What will make you different from hundreds and thousands of online businesses out there? what will make Internet users to click on your site? They need to find it first, don’t you agree?!

There are so many online products and services on the internet where people choose from, what will make them click on your products and services? How are you going to compete with that?

And the most important thing to learn here is that when people search for anything on the Internet, they do not click on the second page of the search engine pages results. But more than that, they even get too bored  to reach  the bottom of the first page and click on the last site placed in there.

When Internet users are searching for something, they click on the three first sites located on the first page of the search engine results and maybe the 4th or the 5th. So, what is your position out there?

Please do not think even for a minute that I’m trying to sell our services here. Because I’m not.

We as Devenia Company, have a Satisfied Fruitful Business as long as we satisfy and fulfill all our Clients needs and our Symbol in doing business here is Quality not Quantity and that is why we are different than others in that field.
I’m just trying here to explain to whom it may concerns,  how things are going in that regard. I’m here talking through my own experience in that field so far. So just consider it as an advise free of charge here and you are the only master of your own decisions.

Do you know what is the definition of SEO?

It is the abbreviation for Search Engine Optimization which increase your online presence on the Internet. It  leads visitors to your site and makes you sell your products or ideas and of course the result of all that is that you make more money, you increase your profits and you gain publicity.

If you wanna do it your self or have someone to do it for you, great. Just go ahead with it. All you need to do is to do some researches and learn the way and the steps to it. And you can use the Google search in that regard, find out about how to increase your online presence through the Search Engines Optimization.

If you think  SEO Services need a specialist and a professional to do it for you, fine just look for one. There are so many out there. Check as many as you like and see who can do the job right for you and make sure they explain the whole thing to you and what you are having before using SEO and the outcome after using the SEO and how much will you pay and how much will you get as an outcome of  it.

For your information, using the internet to increase your online presence and get more visitors and gain more clients is much cheaper than using any other medias, like TV, Magazines, Newspapers…etc (check it your self)

A SEO Specialist is the professional in Search Engine Optimization, he/she is Someone who makes it easier for search engines on the web to find your website and list it among the top search results.

And like I mentioned earlier in that article that whether you like it or not, it is no longer enough to create a  website to sell your products or services. You list your site with the search engines, then you wait to be found by people looking for your products or services. You are going to wait for a long time my friend.

Hiring a good SEO Consultant Expert and Specialist, becomes one of the best investments you can make in your business. And please note that Even if your products or services are the best ones to meet customers needs, the majority of those customers simply won’t find them when they do a search on the Internet if you don’t use the SEO.

I need to draw your attention to the fact that you can simply make the test your self to see where your site is on the search engines. Of course you do not type your  site name to search for it because you will just get into it by doing that. because simply you are the only one who knows what to type to get to your site.

But what you should do is, go on any search engines, like Google search for instance and type one or two of your products or services words in there  and see the thousands of pages on the search results. do you see your web site out there?

I doubt. As long as you do not use the Search Engine Optimisation service, you are just invisible out there.

Another test you can make to find out about the status of your online presence. If you are using whether WordPress, Joomla! or Concrete5 and you know how to work with those content management, do the following:-

  • Add the “statcounter” to your plugins (go to plugins and click on add new and search for stat counter and simply add it)
  • You also need to add the pluggins identification numbers through the main site: statcounter.com and you can do that identification before, after or at the same time you add the statcounter pluggin to your content management.
  • Once you do that, you will be able to see through the stat counter, how many visitors you get per day, per month and who is looking for you or your services/products and what the kind of search words they type which lead them to your site and from which country…etc.

So, let me tell you that the issue here is not about how great services or good products you are offering and selling, it’s all about can Internet users find those services/products which you wanna sell through your site or not? it’s all about you being visible or invisible on the Internet.

The websites who are  attracting the attention of the search engines with Search Engine Optimization which probably created by their own professional employees in Internet marketing field or due to hiring an Internet Marketing Company to increase their Online presence, they understand the great benefits and profits which they will get as an outcome of using that SEO.

As you can see there is a wide variety of reasons why SEO Consultant is important for Online businesses. If you are a small business you should really give SEO a try; you will be amazed at the results. And you can always learn more about SEO Experts and Specialists and why is better to use them in that regard.

It is not that you can’t learn how to do it your self, of course you can. But every one is a specialist in their own field.(You can read more about why you need to use SEO Specialist on our site here, just got to Services and click on Search Engine Optimization)

Good luck and I wish you all a great fruitful business with SEO. Think about it but don’t think too long. Time is like the  sword, if you don’t cut it, it will cut you. Go ahead and cut it.

h) A client should be consistent and stop doing what doesn’t work. For most, building a great website with many visitors is a long-term (several months to years) goal. Keep at it for a while, try some new things, and then refine their strategy based on what they learn.
If a client keeps at it long enough and learn from their own mistakes, their sites will do well. While there is no “perfect” website, great ones do exist, but they are defined by the marketplace, not the creator.

3. How we manage to get new clients and keep those clients for a long term relationship by their own willing?

  • Never force a client in to a short or long term relationship. It is up to the client to determine what kind of relationship they want to establish with our company. And this successfully is achieved by gaining the trust of the client by being honest and clear about what they are expecting from us and what we can do and achieve for their business.
  • Keeping the good reputation of our Internet Marketing Company and the great services which is based on what you pay for is what you get. Showing the client that you work for him exactly like you are working with your own business. Which means to take care of their business in all aspects and never take any risk with the client business.
  • Never force selling a service to the client even if we think it will be great for their business and it will add to it. If you do the job well, the client will always ask for more services in order to gain more success and increasing their benefits.
  • Never hide any information from the client. You must explain to them everything and in detail about what you will do and achieve for them. They need to know how long will it take to get their business on the right track and what it will take to achieve what they are hoping for, so they will realize that you are not trying to look and sound like you have a magical stick in doing things in relation to the internet marketing tasks.
  • A client gets other clients for you and you never need to ask. Meaning, when you do a great job for a client, not only will the clients stick with you, but they will also at the same time spread the word to other clients.
And that is related to the good reputation of an internet marketing firm and the trust you gain based on good services and honesty.
  • You do not need to be a big company to attract clients or gain their trust. Devenia is considered as a small Internet Marketing company and we had many jobs of link building in favor of big Internet Marketing Companies whether for their own sites or for their customers.
  • There are many great and big names in the internet marketing field, they are really great in writing articles about Internet marketing, but that is often just in theory because they never give practical, real life examples and if you ask them about how to turn their theories as a practical example, they won’t be able to answer how, simply because they are only good in writing theories!

4. What are the key activities we perform to run the business? (service production, design development of new applications, platforms)

Link building, traffic analysis, pay per click management, tweaking of link building system, text writing…

5. Why do we differ from our rivals?

  • We are a global firm with many resources that smaller firms don’t have.
  • We are skilled in social marketing via the major social media, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitoring changes in search engine algorithms requires significant work. Our experienced SEO professionals can take care of this for the client, so the client can focus on more important tasks.
  • We are always researching the best keywords and can make more effective recommendations than the competition.
We have an extensive database of authority websites (more than 4500 websites). In the eyes of search engines, links from more authoritative websites make clients websites more important than less authoritative ones.
  • We are careful to never violate search engine rules, which can harm clients site’s rankings, or get clients banned altogether.
  • Fees for our services are small in comparison to the profits clients business’s will experience as a result of our internet marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) services – and we never charge in advance! You pay for what you get. No hidden costs.

6. What is the future of online marketing and SEO?

It is THE future of all marketing. All other channels are suffering huge losses because the companies are moving over to internet based marketing channels.

TE Data Egypt Before & After The 25th Of January 2011 Revolution

frustration thumb down TE Data Egypt Before & After The 25th Of January 2011 RevolutionOn October 3rd, 2010 I wrote an article about the internet services providers in general and about TE Data in particular. The reason I wrote that article was due to the very bad experience I had with TE Data then. To revert to the article here is a link to it, Internet Services providers & Reputation Management.

I thought that after the Egyptian Revolution, the Internet services providers would learn their lesson and get the message; But unfortunately, I can say for definite that they didn’t. It got even worse.

TE Data Logo TE Data Egypt Before & After The 25th Of January 2011 RevolutionI guess that a company like TE Data and other internet services providers really got away with their crime when they cut the internet service all over Egypt during the revolution. It was indeed a crime against all Egyptians. The revolution claims that it took place in order to apply justice, freedom of speech, equality and democracy. Isn’t about time to include internet services providers on the revolution’s list? Don’t we as Egyptians, deserve to be treated with respect?

TE Data and the other internet services providers claimed that they had to cut the internet as a matter of national security and their decision of cutting the internet was due to the pressure and instructions which they have received from the old regime.

I really find that excuse of theirs, silly, ridiculous and an excuse even worse than the action they took against us as consumers. Didn’t the Egyptian Army refuse to stand against the Egyptian people and took their side and respected them? I guess that the internet services providers followed the old regime’s instructions, to hold the stick from the middle. After they realized that the regime was really going down, they decided to get to the other half of the stick which was the side of the January 25th Revolution. But still they are applying and following the old policy of treating us with disrespect and underestimating the power of consumers when they know their rights.

On the 17th of  July 2011, I had a contact through the phone  with TE Data to get an ADSL Internet service. And the only reason I had to deal with them again, is because they claimed that they have unlimited internet service connection. I thought that they have improved their services after the revolution, but it turned out that I was totally wrong.

Without going into boring details, after I realized that the service they claimed that can be provided, does n’t really match with my needs, I decided to cancel the service by phone, like it all started by phone.

Then I was shocked to hear, that I only have one choice, which is to pay a one month membership to be able to cancel my membership that I did not use at all. My membership which never was signed through any contract between TE Data and my self. Everything was done through the phone with no documentation, I didn’t even need to pay any fees in that regard, But when I asked to cancel it, then they came up with all those nonsense procedures and they have forced me either to continue the membership, or if I insist on cancelling, I must pay one month on any case, to be able to cancel and get the cancellation number still after 15 days!

SO, now you pay to become a member and you also pay to cancel!

That’s what I called twisting the arm of clients, force them to pay even if it was an issue of cancelling the membership which I did not use at all. to pay, whether we will become members or cancel our membership before even we start using the service.

This is again how TE Data gets their clients, by twisting their arm. If you are desperate and you need the internet because that is how you make your living, so hearing that to cancel your membership will take 15 days from the cancellation date, forces you to use their service even if what they provide doesn’t cover your need. In this case you know that it is a waste of money but you are forced to accept their offer because you can not wait for 15 days to get the cancellation number.

While if you are not desperate and you do not accept to have your arm twisted, you will refuse and move to another provider, even if it will take 15 days to get the cancellation number and the waste of one month fees that you have paid for a service which you did not use at all and you actually paid to cancel the membership.

Egyptian Companies mentioned in this article:

Telecom Egypt – Ticker: ETEL.CA; TEEG.LN – www.telecomegypt.com.eg
TE Data – A fully owned subsidiary of Telecom Egypt- www.tedata.net
